By using our service, you agree to the terms and policies below. We reserve the right to update this policy when needed.

Subscription

The subscription price is $19.99 per year. The subscription is activated instantly after purchase, with no waiting.

A subscription cannot be transferred from one device to another.

Subscriptions are non-refundable after payment.

Compensation Policy

An app may be revoked by Apple only, due to system reviews or store policies, which is beyond our control. You will be compensated if your plan supports it.

Acceptance of Policy

Using the service means you agree to this policy. We may update it when needed.

This Privacy Policy explains what information iOSMods ("iOSMods", "we", "us") collects when you use iosmods.io, the iOSMods iOS app, and the apps we sign and deliver to your device (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you buy a plan or redeem a code we ask for your name, email address and phone number (with its country calling code), plus the code and any referral code you enter. You can also add a display name and profile picture in the app, post ratings and reviews of apps, and send us messages when you ask for support.

Your device identifier. To register your device we ask you to install a configuration profile from our website. Through this standard Apple mechanism your iPhone or iPad sends us its UDID (Unique Device Identifier), device model, iOS version, IMEI and ICCID. We keep only the UDID and the device model. The other values are discarded when they arrive and are never stored. The UDID is required: Apple only lets us install signed apps on a device whose UDID is registered in our developer account.

Purchase information. The plan you bought, its price and currency, the purchase and expiry dates, the payment reference and the payment status. Card numbers and Apple Pay details are entered on our payment provider's secure page. They never reach our servers and we never see or store them.

How you use the Service. The apps you sign, install or download through the Service, App Store links you ask us to prepare, announcements you have viewed, and your referral code and credits. Apps we sign for you contact our servers when they open, to confirm that your device's subscription is still active. These checks send your UDID and the app's signing details, and we record when they happen.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Service: registering your device with Apple, signing and delivering apps, keeping your subscription active and checking it when a signed app opens.
• To take payments, issue receipts and keep accounting records.
• To answer your support requests.
• To send you service messages, for example an email if your device registration fails, or announcements in the app if you allow notifications.
• To run our referral program and add credits to your account.
• To protect the Service and our users: blocking bots, fraud and abuse, limiting repeated requests, and enforcing our Terms.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not send marketing emails.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the parties below, and only what each one needs.

• Apple. Your UDID and device platform are registered in our Apple Developer account, which is what allows signed apps to install on your device. The device name we give Apple is your order reference or code, not your name. Apple handles this data under its own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare. Our website runs behind Cloudflare, which processes all traffic, including your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.
• Our signing and licensing infrastructure. Your UDID and device type are sent to the servers that sign apps and issue certificates for your device. Some app downloads are delivered directly from those servers, which see your IP address.
• Embedded content. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and video tutorials are played from YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode) or Vimeo. These services receive your IP address when they load.
• Messaging platforms. If you contact us through WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord or Instagram, your messages are also handled by that platform under its own privacy policy.
• Legal and safety reasons. When the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect our rights, our users or the public.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of cookies that the site needs to work: a session cookie and a security token that protects forms. We also remember your language and light or dark mode in a cookie or in your browser's local storage. Cloudflare may set its own security cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

• Account and purchase records are kept while you have an account, and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting, disputes and fraud prevention, unless you ask us to delete them (see section 7).
• Server logs are deleted automatically after 14 to 90 days, depending on the log.
• Backups of our database are deleted on a rolling schedule, and none is kept longer than three years. Information you ask us to delete can remain in a backup until that backup expires.
• Apple device registration. Apple only lets developers remove a device once a year, when the developer membership renews. After you leave or ask for deletion, your UDID may stay listed in our Apple account until that date.

6. Security

All traffic to the Service is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to your information is limited to the staff who need it. We protect our forms against bots and limit repeated requests, and payment details are handled only by our payment provider. No online service is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as the law requires if a breach affects it.

7. Your rights and choices

• Access, correction and deletion. You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or include your UDID, so we can confirm the request is yours. We answer within 30 days. Deleting your information ends the Service on that device, because we can no longer sign apps for it. We may keep a limited record where the law requires it.
• Configuration profile. You can remove our profile at any time in Settings, General, VPN & Device Management. This does not delete information we already hold.
• Notifications. You can turn off notifications from the iOSMods app at any time in your device's Settings.
• If you live in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland. We process your information to perform our contract with you (providing the Service and taking payment), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and improving the Service), to meet legal obligations, and with your consent where required (for example notifications). You can also object to or restrict our processing, ask for your data in a portable format, and complain to your local data protection authority.
• If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law. You have the rights to know, correct and delete described above. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the law of your country, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. The effective date at the top of this policy shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will also announce it on the website or in the app before it takes effect.

iOS Mods is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple, iPhone, iPad and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

App names, icons, screenshots and other artwork shown on this website belong to their respective owners. They are shown only to identify the apps and do not suggest any connection with, or endorsement by, those owners.

This website and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

We respect the rights of copyright owners. If you own a work, or are authorized to act for its owner, and you believe it is used on this website without permission, send us a takedown request.

A request needs:

• your name and contact details
• a description of the copyrighted work
• the address of each page on this website where it appears
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized
• a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them, with your signature

We review every complete request. When a request is valid, we remove the content or disable access to it.

We use the information you send with a request only to review and answer it.
