About this app
NOOP talks to a WHOOP 4.0 / 5.0 / MG strap you own directly over Bluetooth — no WHOOP app, no subscription, no cloud. Live heart rate, history sync, and NOOP's own Charge / Effort / Rest scores, all computed on-device and stored only on your iPhone. Independent and experimental; not affiliated with WHOOP.
